A Personal Note To My Clients and Colleagues

What a great week with the folks at CharTec.  It has been an eye-opening experience on how Ulistic can best serve our clients.  We see a world of opportunity for MSPs and IT Service Providers and want to help in the success of our clients even more.  We started out as an online marketing firm but today we now help many global MSPs win new business, run effective operations, close more sales, reach new vertical markets and achieve success.  This is what we are about at our core…achieving success for every MSP we work with.

This past week of travel has been awesome.  I have been on the road for the past 10 days working with clients and visiting with many of you in Boston, Toronto, and California.  I have sat in on boardrooms, peer groups, presentations, and some one-on-one really personal discussions with very important people.  Thank you to all of you who have helped our team focus and really figure out who and what we are…at our core!

We will continue to focus on marketing and business development.  This is essential to running a successful MSP business.  But we also need to know how to close deals, work with partners, create strategic relationships, work with peers and much more.

Thanks to many of you how have been with us from the beginning.  Our whole team looks forward to working with you and helping you achieve success.
