Playing To Win
I don’t know about you but the odd time I get caught in a rut of playing simply to keep my head above water. Playing not to lose is another term I have heard throughout my travels as well.
This is when we simply just do what we need to stay alive. We maintain client expectations instead of exceeding them and we simply do what we need to do to GET BY.
Boy, I hate being here, it really sucks and it takes some huge wake up calls to change this mindset.
It just sucks!!!
